Terms & Conditions
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once payment or a confirmed reservation is recorded. Rooms are held for the dates selected; check-in is from 1:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Guests must present a valid government photo ID (Aadhar) at check-in, as required by law.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations 3 to 7 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
WhatsApp & SMS consent
By providing your phone number and ticking the consent boxes at booking, you agree to receive booking confirmations, pre-arrival information and stay-related messages via WhatsApp and SMS. Consent is required to complete a booking. You may opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying STOP.
Party lawn events
Lawn bookings are subject to a separate agreement and advance. Event timings must respect the property’s noise policy (no loud music after 10:00 PM). Decor, catering and external vendors are permitted with prior notice. Any damage to the property or grounds will be charged to the event organiser.
Data handling (DPDP Act 2023)
We collect only the personal data necessary to process your booking and meet legal obligations. Aadhar details are collected for identity verification at check-in and are not retained digitally beyond the verification required by law. See our Policies page for the full privacy notice.
