Policies

Check-in & check-out

Check-in is from 1:00 PM; check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry an extra charge — request it through the Guest Portal and we’ll confirm.

Pets

To keep the villa comfortable for all guests, pets are not permitted.

Noise

We ask that loud music and amplified sound end by 10:00 PM, including at lawn events, out of respect for guests and neighbours.

Payment & refunds

We accept UPI and cash, with online card payments available where enabled. Refunds follow the cancellation schedule in our Terms and are returned to the original payment method.

Privacy (DPDP Act 2023)

We are committed to protecting your personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We collect personal data only for booking, communication and legal compliance, process it lawfully, store it securely, and never sell it. You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.

Aadhar data handling

Aadhar identity details are collected at check-in solely for the identity verification required of accommodation providers under law. They are used to verify identity at the point of check-in and are not stored digitally beyond that verification; verification records are deleted after checkout in accordance with our retention policy.
